Find Your Inner Goddess!

We are fierce, we are devine, we are radiant. Who are we? We are WOMEN and we are goddesses!!

What does feminine energy actually mean?

As women connecting with our feminine energy on a regular basis is vital to our sense of self, hormonal health and overall happiness.

We all have feminine and masculine energy that define who we are. It’s like a balance between yin and yang. Our masculine side gets expressed when we are working toward a goal, making progress, getting things done, and pushing forward. Our feminine side gets expressed when we are moving with the flow of life and embracing  our creative energy.

We need to remember that feminine energy already exist within us. We don’t need to change ourselves but rather reconnect to our inner goddess and embrace feminine energy within us.

Our yoga practice is such a great way to connect to our feminine energy. As women, our yoga practice is very empowering. We can use it as a celebration of our feminine energy and to awaken the goddess within each of us.

I have collected my favourite yoga poses here that helps me connect with my feminine energy 🙏🏼

Wheel pose and bridge pose are perfect for feminine energy as they are great heart opening poses. We want to open our heart chakra to be able to receive and give love fully. Opening up your heart chakra helps you to appreciate and honour yourself and your loved ones.

To love yourself entirely

is a beautiful and graceful pose, but full mermaid pose is advanced pose so remember to listen your body on this.

This pose is a great hip opener pose. Hip opener poses are so good for you mentally and physically. Hips are the place where we store our deepest vulnerabilities. So opening up your hips will release all these emotional tension. There might be even few tears Coming up when you start doing this but only from your emotions, not pain. I  have done few different mermaid pose variations here.

“She unleashed her inner goddess and began the woman her soul knew she could be.”
- Michelle Schaper

In Hindu mythology the goddesses are beautiful and fierce.
Goddess pose opens up hips and chest. It release emotions from your hips and at the same time opens  up your heart chakra. It also helps to relax the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Dancers Pose is a glorious heart opening posture that challenges your balance while lengthening your chest and spinal muscles.
It’s perfect for strength, flexibility, balance and also for meditation.
Dancer pose helps the practitioner feel more grateful, forgiving, focused, intuitive, and free.

Warrior poses increases flexibility in the hips and strengthens and tones the legs, ankles and feet.Warriors poses are such a good standing hip openers and great for your upper body.
Warrior pose -
“named after the fierce warrior Virabhadra, who is said to symbolize our inner ability to overcome ego and ignorance. The warriors challenge and test us but in doing so bring us strength, focus, confidence and courage.”

Remember to feel, love and enjoy.

Happy goddess practice 🙏🏼
